Do not move here. I could write a 2 part book on everything bad that has happened in or at this complex. It’s also not worth the price. I wish I would have looked at somewhere a little more expensive because I have had to have my car window repairs 4 TIMES!!!! Towed 3 times even though my car is registered. They did nothing about it. This place is an actual joke. I never write reviews but oh my gosh this place should go out of business.

Management is bad. Cute units that are VERY cheaply built. The residents are mostly 19-22 yr olds that don’t know how to live in a COMMUNITY because they just left their parent’s homes or just don’t care about anyone but themselves... Dogs off leash, poop in hallways, cars double parked, loud music, fighting, everything breaks, complex bathrooms are closed due to the homeless people that find their way in, my hallway smelled like human urine...etc. OH and the neighborhood is terrible. The entire bike room was cleaned out the first week I lived here. No video evidence says office.

No insulation between units, will hear every single word (even in reasonable volume) from side neighbors. People above and below are very loud as well. Crazy that I can hear people below me. Parking garage and doors often broken. Cars broken into. I can not wait to move out. Big regret leasing here.

Management is great and so are the amenities. However there is no insulation between walls/floors. You will hear your neighbor's TV and upstairs neighbor's footsteps (every single one).

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for your frustration and would appreciate discussing this with you further. Apartment living does come with a higher level of noise; therefore, as a part of the original construction the following additional measures were taken: An acoustic mat was added beneath the gypcrete floor to dampen noise from above, additional insulation, an air gap, and two layers of sheetrock between apartments were placed to assist in dampening noise.If there is a time that is convenient for you I would be happy to visit your apartment home so I can experience the noise level first hand. Just relocated to Dallas and found this location close to work. The building is very clean and nice. The staff here is very responsive to any requests and questions that might arise. Carlos the maintenance supervisor is super quick to respond to small issues that you may have. My experience here has been a delight.

The amenities are fresh, and get a feel for high class with a reasonable price tag. Plus community is so great. Carlos is the man, helped me set up my whole place. Almost had a home depot available with the maintenance. Saved quite a bit of money just there. Colby is always prompt to get back with me in the front office. She's great. Everybody is friendly, and somehow getting to know all my neighbors which wasn't the case at previous places. I suggest checking this place out. Love my studio.
