It's located right next to the Centennial Cone Park, about 17 minutes from the bottom of the Golden Gate Canyon road. Gorgeous area, biking/hiking trails in walking distance. The property is on a 5 acres of land you can walk, exercise on. The area is safe, peaceful, quiet with gorgeous mountain views. Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. Looking for someone quiet, clean, drama free. No guest allowed. No animals allowed. Kitchen will be shared and limited to 7am-10pm use only. Laundry on site. First, last month and security deposit required upon move in. You will be sharing the house with 2 other roommates 95% of the time. My husband and I travel A LOT for work, so just hoping to rent out the extra bedrooms to help with the mortgage. We are not home 95% of the time, it will be you and two other tenants sharing this property.

Golden sits fifteen miles due west of downtown Denver on Interstate 70, where the urban landscape begins to give way to the rugged beauty of the Front Range. Surrounded by huge parks full of hiking trails (and, of course, fairly close to several ski areas), Golden apartments are excellent for folks who like to spend their time outdoors.
