This is located in North Inglewood and only 3 blocks from Ladera Park in Ladera Heights, View Park is technically across the street. Granite counter top kitchen, gas stove, microwave, small fenced yard, shared washer and dryer with one other unit. There is no cost to operate the new washer and dryer. Keep in mind that utilities being paid for should save at least $100 a month. This unit is part of a triplex so you have a gated driveway. This also means that it has a yard in that back. This unit is in the back and nobody uses the back yard so basically it means you have a back yard you can use to barbque and hang out. The yard is fenced in however if you have a dog it can't stay outside full time because the driveway gate will be opening with other tenants so your dog can get outside unattended.
