Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Carnival rides, gift shops, eateries, lakefront views, beer garden, and evening fireworks in the summer months make for an incredible one-stop-shop for fun. There’s a wide variety of dining options in town, from four-star French cuisine to casual pub fare.
Downtown’s Museum of Contemporary Art is a big hit with locals and tourists, as is 360 Chicago that offers views from the 94th floor of the John Hancock Building complete with a tilting glass overlooking the city. The Ohio Street Beach is a popular public sandy spot on the lake with a beachside eatery, Caffe Olivia.

Staff were very helpful on my move in day and afterward. They anticipated my needs and answered all of my questions with courtesy and patience. They introduced me to residents and responded quickly and efficiently to requests. I'm amazed that our usual day concierge, Susan remembered me from my initial visit to the building. She's amazing! Ernest, in management helped me navigate the application process and using Apps to complete it once I arrived. He continues to be helpful in many ways. The maintenance staff responded promptly ( actually much faster than expected) for a few minor moving in fixes. Also very courteous and friendly!

This is such a great building with great staff. The grounds/facilities are always in excellent condition. Repairs, when rarely needed, are done quickly. I've been living here since the building opened and the quality has always been high.

We really like 465! People are super nice here and it's a good adjustment to moving to Chicago. The amenities are sweet, especially during the summer (e.g. the grill, herb garden, pool area, a great view of the fireworks during the summer, and more!)

It’s been a good experience, good amenities, I am enjoying my time here at the facility. The amazing events that are put for the tenets. Wonderful building with great amenities in a super convenient location (and with amazing views). All the staff is amazing from maintenance to management. They organize regular events for residents, including themed parties with live music (the jazz band is terrific!), delicious food (the Italian-themed party last summer was great!), and always great attention to details. They also spoil us with hot cocoa in the morning during winter time, and plenty other sweet surprises throughout the year! I have been really pleased by all the unique features that this building has to offer. 5 stars!

Newer resident to 465 Park. I have been in the Streeterville area for 5 years and lived in other nearby high rises. Everything from the management, friendly staff, cleanliness, community events and amenities exceeds expectations. In my experience, the other luxury buildings and management companies in the area cannot compete with 465 Park and Bozzuto.

Very smooth move-in experience. Receptionists are very friendly and understanding and will assist you at any time. The community is what you want it to be. You have the option to live quietly if you prefer while also having social opportunities. All residents are nice and respectful.

Moving in was easy . Beautiful lobby and great staff. My wife and I love it. The sorrounding neighborhood Is also great. Lots of things to explore.

465 has excellent amenities but the true great features are the service, staff, and the community! Tours and information discussions were seamless, the move in and getting settled timeframe have come with the best support out of all of our moves (6th move in 15 years)

Generally good. The amenities (gym, peloton, steam room) are all very nice and the front line staff are all very friendly. Corporate can be a little more difficult

I recently relocated to Chicago and had to search online for a place before arriving. 465 North Park had very high ratings, and now that I’ve been here for five months, I can attest that those ratings are well deserved. The staff, from the beginning and ongoing, are first class all the way. They are responsive, professional, and personable. It truly is a luxury experience. The location is dynamite, and the views are very nice. Plus, there are a lot of events happening in the building throughout the month. A recent fun event was a Chicago hot dog night with a lovely three-piece jazz trio. I wasn't expecting that :-). It was delightful. If you’re looking to make a move, I recommend this location. I also noted in my search that other Bozzuto communities in the area had high ratings, but this one was better suited for me at the time.

My experience at 465 N Park has been outstanding so far. From the concierge team always taking care of me and going above and beyond to the maintenance always being there incase I ever needed anything! I’ve really loved the amenities and location of the building!

Staff are wonderful 5 stars for them. A couple of things to be fixed, they were quick to fix some and check out. My first night was so noisy I hardly slept but I was told that was not the normal. My second day was good ?? I will get used to City noise I have only been in Chicago for 10 days.

The building is located in Streeterville, close to Wholefood and Target. I enjoy walking to the Millennium Park, Navy pier and Magnificent Mile. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We can enjoy city view from the 38th floor. Gym, pool and study area are clean with wifi. I strongly recommend the place.
