Lease term: Lease will end 4/30/2026 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, and $50 per month towards water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $50 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable).
