From your porch you'll hear the heartbeat of summer in Newport with wafts of music from nearby restaurants, foghorns in the bay on foggy mornings and the occasional buoy bell from the nearby harbor. Walk to Bowens Wharf in a leisurely 5-minute stroll for dinner at any number of popular and excellent restaurants, then step onto one of the charter yachts for a champagne sunset cruise! The private courtyard has an outdoor table for al fresco dining or coffee and the convenient outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. *Parking spaces provided at the top of Pelham Street at The Elks Club (a 2-minute walk). Application required, all funds due upfront. Security deposit of $5000 and an exit cleaning/linen fee required.
