Bad parking
Decent place to live, but parking is HORRIBLE! Only 1 parking spot is available per room, the other roomate and guests have to do street parking. EVERY street around this apartment has residents that get very angry if you park in front of their house. Notes have been left on my car, residents have came out and talked/ yelled at me. 47 west told their residents they would find a better solution to parking and still haven’t. Totally not worth living here if you are living with someone who also has a car.
