Spacious 2 bedroom 1050 square feet apartment with brand NEW carpet installed available for sublease starting on February 6th (Monday) at the Normandy Apartment located on west side of Madison. The apartment would be available for sublease February 6th, 2017 until the end of lease (May 31st, 2017). You can certainly renew the lease if you like the apartment. We currently pay $1144 for the apartment. New tenant will only need to pay $1000 for the rent. We will subsidize the rest. There is additional $40 though for underground parking if interested to keep. Tenant is also responsible for electricity (normal usage about $40-50/month range). All other utilities such as heat, water, trash/recycling are included in rent. Some perks that come with the apartment: - Walk-in closet in master bedroom. - Dishwasher and spacious storage cabinet in kitchen. - Laundry room and private storage room are available on each floor. - Heated underground parking and water hoses to do self car-cleaning. - The apartment has a balcony with a nice view. - The apartment has indoor fitness center and outdoor heated pool. Pool is closed during winter season. Location information: - It is less than a minute away from bus stop (buses 2, 8, 10, 15, 37, 56 and 57 pass regularly, every 15 minutes there is bus to catch to campus). - It is in walking distance away (~5 mins) from Hilldale shopping center, Target, Metcalf, Great Dane, Sundance Cinema, Macy's , DMV and Post office. - During summer time, there is weekly farmer's market held on DMV parking lot which is right across the street from apartment building. - 5 minute drive from UW-Campus and downtown, 10 minutes by bus. - 1 minute walk to Oscar Rennebohm Park If you like to see the apartment or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
