Inside, the living room is furnished with comfy couches and beautiful décor creating a welcoming and homey atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area with beautiful cabinets and granite countertops, equipped with everything you need from cookware and utensils to stainless steel appliances. The 5 spacious bedrooms contain high-end furniture and cozy linens designed to promote a relaxing atmosphere. The stunning master bath features beautiful tiling, a huge walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a large vanity. The second full bathroom is equally gorgeous. You’ll also have access to a laundry room. Pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with each additional guest incurring a $29/night fee. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is gas-operated, and guests are advised to use it only if familiar with its operation. Towels are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own pool towels. Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, with login info provided upon request. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer.
