This loft is above the barn and offers privacy and a quiet place to stay. The barn downstairs has a rarely used stall, other than for birthing foals and goat babies in the spring time. There are a few barn cats that come in to eat at nite. It is available Jan to May to traveling workers/nurses. Has internet and a flat screen TV with Prime stick and Netflix. The bed is a comfortable hybrid queen with fresh linens & towels provided weekly. The bathroom rain shower can also be used as a deep tub for soaking! There is a small deck at the back that looks east and in winter you can see the Sierra Nevada snow caps while you enjoy a coffee on those sunny days. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an outdoor patio set with gas BBQ and small Webber for you use. There is also a fire pit and chairs to enjoy during the cold winter nites that is down by the barn. Security gate and livestock guard dogs keep predators off the ranch and the dogs love the guests! No pets are allowed because the big dogs would see them as predators.
About This Property
This is a private loft above my barn on a small ranch in Pilot Hill. I have had several traveling nurses stay. It’s available from 12/27 to 5/1/25 with a minimum of 1 month….but prefer someone for 3-4 months. Any additional guests need to be discussed with me please. The loft is very well insulated making it a great place to rest well! We are 30 minutes from Dignity Health hospital in Folsom, and Sutter Auburn and 25 minutes to Marshall Hospital in Placerville. A bit farther to Roseville Kaiser and Sutter.
