Kitchenette, dining and living room are small and cozy. 1st Floor Kitchenette and Living Room 25' x 8' 5"; Dining Room 14' 6" x 8' 9"; 2nd Floor Loft Bedroom with Sitting Area and Skylights 23' x 18' Restaurants, and markets are a short drive or bicycle ride from the property. Individual tenant preferred as parking is in a shared driveway with limited parking space. Initial lease duration is 6 months. Tenant is required to pay the first month's rent in the total amount of $2,450 on or before the first (1st) day of the Lease Term as well as a $2,450 security deposit.
