The unit is not furnished but does include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, back porch, AC, parking, and big bedrooms! Rice rentals is a family owned business and are very good at taking care of their tenants. We own from 434 Stewart st up to 600 Stewart st, so you will be surrounded by our properties. There is also a parking lot with restricted hours for tenants guests. Tenants are to pay for water, electric, cable, and wifi. We do not allow pets, call the office today to take a tour of the unit!
