once well kept building is no more

Sadly the new management and owners have let this building go downhill. Sad. This management is the worst yet. Some maintnance but unreliable. Water turned off without notice. Building looks awful. Gardners come at 7 am on Monday if at all. Blowing dust and fumes into windows. Big air BB next door with constant smell of smoke. Strangers weekly. No privacy or sunlight on the sad pool. Old neighbors used to swim. They probably don’t anymore because they are worried about the conditions. Broken everything. Crime. Needles. You couldn’t walk your dogs alone. Steer clear if you can. Unsafe gates and construction imminent. Sad for the families who live there and still have to deal with this.
