Walk or take subway nearby. Across from the Charles River for a 26 mile long park--bicycle, roller blade, jogging, work-out stations along the way. Also, plenty of sun bathing in summer. The Charles is Boston's beach. Unit is furnished with all, but you need to bring your own bedding/linen, towels and laptop. Washer-dryer is in basement, not in the apartment. Bicycle storage in basement too. Rents vary. Currently it is $4,500 monthly for a 12-month lease and negotiable for lease beyond that. There is a move in/move-out fee to the Association of $250.00/$250. All utilities and wifi included.
