About This Property
Property Id: 1682010 Hello, I own a 3 bedroom house and I am looking to rent out one room! It is located on the main floor across the dining room, so it is separate from the master suite. The house has a 2 car garage and a 2 car driveway. I have a dog so I have part of the backyard fenced in, but it is mostly green forest with a small creek! The house itself is not brand new, but it has every amenity needed. The room is also fully furnished with an empty dresser, desk, bed, and closet. I have Fiber internet, a back patio hammock, laundry, etc. The guest bathroom has also been retiled in the last 5 years. The house is less than 5 minutes from the Fontanel with walking trails, and within 5-10 minutes of two grocery stores (Kroger and a market). I am a grad student finishing her PhD so I am looking for a quiet roommate who is respectful of time and space. I will also be running a background check on potential candidates.
4845 Clarksville Hwy is a house located in Davidson County and the 37189 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Davidson County attendance zone.
