The space Upon walking in, you'll feel right at home in our 2/1 modern bungalow. The home has been renovated to modernize the space while keeping the bungalow charm. The large kitchen island is a show stopper! With seating for 6, you can host dinner or use during the day as a flexible work space. Stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit add modern conveniences to your stay. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and tv. The second bedroom hosts a bunk bed w/ a twin and queen mattress. There is plenty of seating in the living room, a flat-screen TV, and access to cable & wifi. Our home is separated into 2 apartments. The main unit is rented out. You may see other renters in the entryway stair well. This unit is completely private from the main unit besides the common entry-way stairwell. Other things to note THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Dogs are allowed. We charge a $250 non-refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay per month. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats. There is a basement unit and tenant directly below you.
