As you enter the front door your full kitchen is on the left, bordering the living room which extends out to the dining room and sun room. The Sun Room and Dining Room area opens through french doors allowing in coastal breezes from the backyard lounge area. The backyard features a dining area, gas fire pit for night time relaxing and a hammock for daytime sunning. To the right of the entrance the hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms. The central room which can be used as an office or bedroom has access to the Master Bathroom or can be closed off. There is a bathroom with shower across the hall from the central room. The Master Bedroom at the end of the hall also has french doors leading to the back yard, and the back yard can also be directly accessed from the Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a spa tub, double sink and separate shower. The bedroom facing the front of the house, has it's own en-suite bathroom with shower. The Master bedroom has a Posturpedic king size bed, and both bedrooms feature luxurious hybrid queen size mattress on their comfortable beds. The living room features a giant 65 in LG ThinQ 4k Smart TV, and even has an old school Atari Game Set. The internet is blazing fast. Enjoy A/C and heat powered by Solar and unlimited hot water from our tankless hot water system. Your dog will love the fenced in yard and you'll love the fruit trees and the quiet relaxing privacy. $250 Non refundable dog security deposit. All utilities, and blazing fast internet are included in addition to full linens, towels, and kitchen supplies.
