Recently renovated, it features a modern and concise design with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a TV in every room, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a spectacular view. As a guest, you will have access to the gym, pool available from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and SPA services with a reservation. Paid valet parking is provided by the building with rates starting at $13.00 for up to 1 hour and $44.00 for 10-24 hours, plus a $2 gratuity fee. The valet parking accommodates regular-size vehicles only. The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen items or damages in the parking lot. Located within the “30-minute live-work-play circle,” this residence is in the epicenter of Miami's business and financial district, surrounded by parks, historic landmarks, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue, and Miami Circle. It's perfect for both leisure and business purposes. You can conveniently move around by public transportation or taxi. Each guest must be registered with the Master Association and receive an Unaccompanied Guest Amenities Card to access all building amenities. A fee is charged at check-in, payable in cash, with varying rates depending on the time of arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. Initial supplies of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided, but replenishment is not included. Washcloths are not provided. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. ICON rules include proper trash disposal, noise restrictions between 10 PM and 8 AM, dress code requirements in common areas, and balcony regulations prohibiting throwing or hanging items.
