Paid valet parking is provided by the building with rates starting at $13.00 for 0-1 hour and up to $44.00 for 10-24 hours, plus a $2 gratuity fee. The valet parking will only fit regular-size vehicles, and oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap, but replenishing these items is not provided. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine.
