The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is fully furnished and ready for your comfortable stay. It features a modern and concise design with a queen bed in the first bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy a TV in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a spectacular view. Please note that the bathtub is not currently available. Guests have access to the gym, pool available from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and SPA services with a reservation. Paid valet parking is available with rates starting at $13 for up to 1 hour and up to $44 for 10-24 hours, plus a $2 gratuity fee. The valet parking accommodates regular-size vehicles only. The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items or any damage in the parking lot. Situated in the heart of Miami's business and financial district, this residence is surrounded by parks, historic landmarks, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue, and Miami Circle. The location is perfect for both leisure and business purposes, with convenient access to public transportation and taxis. A fee will be charged at check-in, payable in cash: $30 before 4:00 PM, $40 from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and $60 after 12:00 AM. Access to building services requires contacting the Main Administration Office during business hours. Early check-in is subject to availability. The apartment does not have a heating system and initial supplies are provided but not replenished. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment with a $300 fine for violations. ICON rules include proper trash disposal, noise restrictions from 10 PM to 8 AM, dress code in common areas, and no items on balcony railings.
