Lost tickets incur a $34 fee, and oversized vehicles may not fit in the parking space. Situated in the heart of Miami's business and financial district, this residence is within the “30-minute live-work-play circle.” Surrounded by parks, historic landmarks, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue, and Miami Circle, it is ideal for both leisure and business. Wholefoods Supermarket is just across the bridge toward Downtown, Publix supermarket is within 3 blocks, and it's only 0.9 miles to Bayside, 3 miles to Wynwood, 3.5 miles to Design District, 5 miles to South Beach, and just steps to Brickell and Downtown Miami. Public transportation and taxis make getting around convenient. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. Guests must be registered with the Master Association to receive an Unaccompanied Guest Amenities Card. A fee is charged at check-in, payable in cash, with varying rates depending on the time of arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system, and initial supplies like towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided, but not replenished. Washcloths are not provided. Noise should not be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, and no bare feet are allowed. Items should not be thrown off or hung on the balcony railing, and fireworks are prohibited.
