This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01. Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor. Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably tackle any remote work tasks.
