A one-time pet fee is required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Located very near the historic German Village, this neighborhood is full of lively entertainment and dining options, including the country’s largest resident theater company. Enjoy the 23-acre Schiller Park with its lovely Huntington Garden, mature trees, lake, tennis courts, and picnic area. The apartment is minutes from Downtown Columbus, steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 minutes to the Columbus Convention Center, 10 minutes from the Columbus Airport, and 5 minutes to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. It's within walking distance to numerous 4 and 5-star rated restaurants and a large grocery store, offering a warm, charming, historical, walkable, diverse, and friendly community. Guests will have shared access to the courtyard area, and the door is equipped with a coded lock. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
