Inside, you'll find an open living space with vaulted ceilings, furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a SmartTV. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen and formal dining room are off the living room to the right. To the left is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second has a full bed, and the third has a full bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. Both full bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. Enjoy beautiful views of the wooded ravine off the back porch, and the backyard is fenced. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This quiet residential neighborhood is perfect for families traveling into the area. It is very quiet and safe, yet close to several restaurants and shopping, as well as the main thoroughfares that take you to downtown Columbus and Fort Moore. You will need a car or will need to call a cab or Uber, as there is no public transportation. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will be provided with the code upon check-in. We are always available if you need us, but you will have a door code for maximum flexibility and privacy. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
