KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove) as well as a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, pots and pans. There is a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea. There are also cooking basics & spices, knife set, dishware and flatware. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50'' Smart TV (login to your favorite streaming services), a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating for 4 and some games! PRIVATE PATIO: The living room leads to a private outdoor patio with dining area, grill and fairy lights. WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT: On the second floor there is a washer and dryer for your own use. PARKING: There is a lot with 8 undesignated spaces in front of the building. You will have access to 2 spaces. ENTRY: Guests will not need to worry about misplacing or returning keys, as the townhouse provides a secure, keyless entry with a keypad. A code and instructions on entering and leaving the property will be sent to you prior to check-in. SECURITY: We use the Simplisafe security system to ensure safety to all guests during their stay. We will provide you with an alarm code and instructions ahead of check-in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: On the second floor there will be an inaccessible/locked hallway closet, which contains supplies for our cleaners to use between stays.
