Electricity (up to $200 a month-there are ample solar/PV panels so with reasonable usage there should not be any overages), landscaping, internet, trash, and water/sewer (up to $200 per month) are all included in the monthly rental amount. Up to 2 dogs will also be considered, subject to approval. You will have your own washer and dryer in the covered carport.
