Beautiful views, amazing beach and park access

There are far more positives to this place than there are negatives. The views from the rooftop are absolutely amazing, and the easy access to Lincoln Park and the Margate Fieldhouse make for tons of excellent outdoor possibilities. There's easy access to Foster Beach and Montrose Beach. There are three bus lines directly in front of the building - two express and one that runs regularly. The red line is close, as are routes 147 and 81. There are several stores nearby, including Walgreens, Mariano's, and Jewel. The only negative about the building is that the laundry room is extremely poorly maintained. There's usually more washing machines and dryers down than working.
