I have been living in the 4Marq for the last year and I have nothing to complain about. The building is close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, the neighbors are quiet and the amenities are great.

Great spot here in Minneapolis. Very clean, and move in was as absolute breeze. Close to trains, busses, and everything downtown. If you work for the city, this is def a great option for you.

Very nice friendly staff who helps you and assist you along the way. The apartment in itself is in perfect condition for you to enjoy your new home.

So far so good. Everyone here is very friendly! Staff have been very friendly and the move went extremely smooth. I’m looking forward to renewing already.

Good neighbors and service, quiet and excellent place to live. Great views and when I have some doubts team members from the office and the concierge are very kind.

I have to say that the overall experience is wonderful. We live in a great building and enjoy the coffee in the lobby. Moreover, I have no words to describe the view of the clock tower of the government plaza!

Love it downtown , views , fast modern living! Great service from the building inside and out! Employees are nice and helpful, front desk service is always available and hope it never changes.

Really enjoy living here! Great views of the cities, and great walking distance to most places downtown like Northloop. The building has been doing more activities like Wine Down Wednesday which is fun.

One of the best apartments I've ever lived at! I feel so safe here thanks to the 24 hour front desk, I appreciate that they call no matter how many times my guest has been to my place, they are always nice and ready to help. The apartment itself is BEAUTIFUL!! I'll never get tired of the views, and also amazing management staff!! We also have fun monthly activities. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a great experience on leasing process and moving in day. Everything went very well on the day we move-in. The concierge and maintenance team were very helpful.

Best views of the cites, and excellent location downtown. The only high rise downtown with a 360 view. The staff have always come through.

I am really enjoying this place! I like to go to the rooftop...Also, the work spaces in the first floor are very helpful indeed as well as the coffee machine.

Parking was full and had to park across the street, small inconvenience. Coffee is great, but I do wish the rooftop was open later and I know its out of 4marqs control.

4marq is a great place to live! The rooftop is a wonderful spot to see the beautiful views of Minneapolis. The central location is perfect for people that enjoy concerts, sports and great food!

I’ve been here for a while now and so far the experience has been amazing. I feel so happy to have a place I can call home. The lounge area on the roof is phenomenal. My favorite thing to do is sit by the fire after a long day of work. I’m extremely excited to show off my new home to my friends and family moving forward. I don’t have to worry about other residents ruining any of the experience. Very courteous and friendly neighbors and staff.

The staff at 4Marq is unbelievably friendly and helpful. They make your move into the build so easy and are always happy to help. The amenities are great with amazing views.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The location is great for any commute from the west suburbs. The 360 view from the roof is the best/only in the city and provides expansive views every season. 4Marq is also one of the few properties to host monthly community events.

This is our second time living here, and we love it. Great management, fantastic maintenance team, overall wonderful living experience. After leaving the state for a bit and realizing the experience here is not common, it was an easy choice for us to come back to 4marq when we moved back.

Very nice place to live so far, love the community. The free coffee in the lobby is always a nice plus, as well as the loads of communal spaces that residents get to use.

I am just a month into living at 4Marq and I definitely love the apartment and community. Concierges are great people and maintenance staff attend requests in a timely manner. Love the environment and the amenities the building provides.

The 4marq team is nothing short of excellent! Always working hard to make the residents happy. Their work as well as their amazing attitude is truly appreciated.

No pool. No heated parking. Security is not at the desk at night. Curfew on the rooftop is absurd for adults so pay mortgage like rent. Guest parking is small.

Move in experience has been great. Staff has been very helpful. They even went up and took pictures and measurements for me. Wish Rooftop was open later.

Convenient location, fabulous concierge and maintenance staff, and reasonable amenities! Very thankful the fitness room hours expanded to 11pm after being reduced to 10pm.

Overall my experience at 4marq is pretty good. Rooftop view is amazing especially at night. They do a good amount of free events for residents which includes game nights, free food & drinks. One downside is that the apt have very little storage space, so if you have a lot of stuff, you'll have to pay for extra storage.

I love it! Nice, cozy and safe. Everyone here is super nice from neighbors, leading office, and security. I love that they put on different events.

The roof hours being limited makes living here less enjoyable. Management is unwilling to communicate with residents about the roof hours. The roof used to be a fun community space but that has changed drastically with this new lockdown. The only thing that separates this place from any other apartment in the area is the roof, so I would suggest looking elsewhere for an apartment that respects its residents.

Great location and service. We moved to Minneapolis area for a new job. Our friend referred us this apartment, and as expected, it is a big time apartment.

I do love living here but I don’t like the new policy on the rooftop access. Lowers the value of the experience of living here quite significantly.
