Property Ratings at 4th Main
We absolutely loved living here! The location is fantastic and the property is clean and well kept. Rhonda and Erick made the experience top notch with always saying hi, checking in, and above all else very professional. Living here we were able to find our community for the first time since moving to PDX. Between Noble Hop being in the building and all the downtown activities it was a dream to live downtown. The only downfall was the night noise from the bar and Pizzario’s music. Most of the time some ambient noise in the apartment drowned out the external noise. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live and one of the best places we’ve ever lived!
I truly enjoyed my 2 years at 4th Main. The apartment and all areas were clean and well maintained. Fitness center was very nice, and parking lot as well. Rhonda, the "Property Manager" on site was excellent, very friendly, and attentive. She dealt with questions quickly and efficiently and I could tell she truly enjoyed her job. Eric, the maintenance manager, also did great work. He was also friends and efficient. Finally , the location is perfect, as you can walk to many restaurants, coffee shop and shops, all within a few hundred yards. I would highly recommend 4th Main for students, retirees, and familes as well!
We are a couple with 2 small dogs and just moved out earlier this week from a ground-level studio along 4th Ave. For one year we lived there before moving for work, we loved the convenience of the property, private parking, location, proximity to Max line and more. The best part is that the management team, specifically Rhonda, who is in the office daily, is incredibly professional, personable, and efficient. Maintenance staff is fast and thorough. We were sad to have to move for personal reasons as it is truly a nice, well-built, well managed property smack-dab in the middle of tons of food, wine, beer, shops, bakeries, theaters, and much more... all in a 5 minute walkable area. I highly recommend 4th Main by Tokola Properties. Rhonda will treat you with respect and great communication. And free lobby coffee and treats for residents ;-)
4th Main is a gem in downtown Hillsboro. We were lucky to move here right before rents dramatically increased. While they are still competitive with neighboring properties, they are affordable and that is something to be proud of. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. It's like living in a hotel in terms of how the building is structured and the underground garage is a nice luxury. Their website doesn't do this property justice so don't be scared when thinking of living here. We haven't had any bad experiences so far and have lived here for a few months. You can't hear neighbors beyond normal apartment noise, everyone is friendly, staff is great as well.
4th Main apartment in Hillsboro Oregon is like no other. The building is newly build and maintained the cleanliness so far. The management are very friendly, accommodating and awesome. 4th Main apartment is in the heart of Hillsboro accessible to every thing from grocery outlet, movie theater, store, restaurant, post office, courthouse, banks, fast food chains and more. We are lucky to get a place like this, we couldn't ask for more safe and convenient place to live.
Great restaurants, music shops, antique stores, theater, schools, bowling alley, barber shops. 4th and Main gives you everything you want in the location of an apartment. As for the apartments themselves, the living spaces and bedrooms are very roomy with plenty of natural lighting. So stop by and see what you think. The staff is always very kind and available to give you a tour of any plan you'd like.
