Property Ratings at 5 Corners Apartments
I first moved in in 2018. It was my first apartment. It wasn’t bad at all. Then my last year there, 2021, it was a dumpster fire. First I found out the floor in my bathroom, beneath the tile, where the toilet is was rotting. I couldn’t use the toilet for a week bc they had to replace the floor. The ONLY reason they figured out it was rooting was because the apartment underneath was flooding. I could’ve sat in the toilet and fell through the floor. I thought I had mice in my apartment, turns out it was squirrels in the walls. People did not clean up after their pets so there was dog poop everywhere. I personally think if it wasn’t for the fact I was a complainer that made them fix things it would’ve been worse. I also think I lucked out because the people in my building were older and they weren’t loud and annoying.
I just moved in 4 days ago and that night I found like 10 roaches in my kitchen. the next day in living room, then bedroom, and lastly bathroom. how is it that there are ROACHES the SAME day I move in?!!!! i’m so upset and I called the leasing office to get a exterminator and they said they will schedule it and I never saw anyone. called again next day they said I had to call resident services. Like what?!!! They told me they made a appointment and all i had to do was wait for the call. AND NO ONE CALLED. So then they finally scheduled me A WEEK LATER. luckly the maintenance manager was nice and squeezed me in but still. Managers here suck. oh and my bedroom had no window on the outside so anyone could have came in my apartment. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t make the same mistake as me and lock in a 12 month lease with this terrible place.
First of all we moved in and the kitchen faucet is moving everywhere. One month after the closet in the main bedroom has a major leak , water everywhere from the ceiling all the way to the carpet. We call and no one comes w call again and maintenance people come smelling like weed, they spend almost a week fixing it , but actually leaving 3 machines with a lot of noise “suck moistures “ for 3 days non stop, we had to sleep in an other room and with no ac, and we paid full rent, now after 4 weeks same problem again, and now a lot of stuff is damaged, water everywhere, a guy came ans checked and then nothing, still waiting for people to come, this is by far my worst experience in an apartment, do not move here you will regret this.
I moved here in August 2020 and my life has been a living hell ever since. They never fully inspected my apartment, they never let me see it before I agree to it they lied and said that my kitchen was renovated when I moved in the kitchen was dirty and disgusting in the Fossett was rotted and molded. The showerhead in the bathroom was broken the bathtub was dirty the bathroom tiles were disgusting and cracked the toilet was not stationary to the ground the toilet was also leaking the apartment was not repainted I recently just had the walls in my bedroom crack...... I had to fight with them just for them to fix these things and they had the nerve to still charge me full price on my rent.... I beg you all please don’t move here.
My boyfriend and I moved here in late June of this year and are very happy with our apt. We have had maintenance come out to repair our AC but they were able to fix a pretty big problem in about two days. They were understanding and professional. Our building is quiet and our neighbors have been friendly. We appreciate that the trash dumpsters are outside of the building and are emptied frequently. The grounds are maintained and kept clean. Our apt is on the top floor of our building.
currently living here now and I hate it. if I could give 0 stars I would...the walls are paper thin and the floors squeak every time me or my neighbor walk! you definitely get what you pay for. Currently counting down the days until my lease is up. do yourself a favor and don’t move here.

I am on the middle floor. Very noisy apartment above us. Floors above us need replacing due to squeaking and insulated. Our floors also are squeaking. Repairs are made usually within one day. Rent goes up every year.
I've lived at 5 Corners for under a year now and I will not be renewing my lease or living with Hendersen Webb ever again. I live on the third floor and the air conditioning hasn't worked for all of June. I've called multiple times to get someone out to fix it. Finally, someone replaced the motor and it still didn't work. I kept calling and calling and finally someone came out today to tell me they need to hire a contractor. My boyfriend has MS and the heat is really affecting him, so I demanded more answers and help and have yet to receive it. Also, the apartment building door has an electrical issue where sometimes you can't open it FROM THE INSIDE! There's no fire escape either so if there was an emergency we couldn't even get out of the building. I have a crazy neighbor too, he screams at all hours of the night and passes out in the lobby in front of our doors. I know that's not the apartments fault but something's gotta give. It's cheap to live here for a reason, don't if possible.
I use to live in this community over 15 years ago prior to me relocating to Florida for work. My first experience here was great very quiet, clean, management was pleasant, and maintenance was very timely with repairs. Things have certainly changed and not for the better. In my planning my return I had 3 areas in mind to live, Owings Mills, Timonium, and Towson. Owings Mills was quickly marked off because of the school ratings leaving Timonium and Towson both had great scroll ratings. I choose Timonium because of the proximity to my office location. I've had issue upon issue since moving into the complex. I constantly deal with the smell of marajuana, the building door broken allowing anyone to walk in. My HVAC unit has broken 6 times since I moved in. There are neighbors constantly fighting, yelling and screaming at 2am in the morning braking my sleep. Management does nothing to resolve these issues. My floors are uneven. It took management 5 months to semi-fix my floor. I constantly trip in my apartment when I'm walking. If I could go back I would have chosen Towson or even Owings Mills to live. I choose the area and complex because of the experience I had when I first lived here. I would like to move to an area where my daughter and I are safe and the aforementioned issues are not a concern. Catherine Isadora King
Breezy Tree court is an ok place to live, it is located in a great area, school district, and is located behind a high school so you have access to the track and tennis courts. The inner harbor is not far and there are many restaurants and places close by for entertainment(would be great for a college student). Unfortunately there are no washer and dryers in the units themselves which can start to get costly if you use the communal washer and dryers. Maintenance does a great job at arriving within the time they say and are usually pleasant!
My apartment complex in quite, clean and well kept. Their customer care and service is great
This is me and my boyfriends first place together and we have a 4 year old child. It's a great space for all three of us and it's got playgrounds all around this area in walking distance. I love how quiet the area is and we don't plan on moving unless it's absolutely necessary.
These apartments are far and away the best bang for your buck for the Baltimore area. I am currently paying under $1,000 for a 900 sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms - you can't ask for a better deal in the Washington Metro. With that being said there has to be a reason the rent is so affordable, right? The apartment is not the most luxurious, but it was clean and felt home-y when I walked in. This is a great place for students, young professionals , or other working class individuals looking for an affordable home.
This place is by all means completely average. There are an equal amount of families, students, and young adults fresh out of college who live in the apartments. The apartments are clean with new carpets and fresh paint upon move in. The problems I've had here are with getting customer service to come out to fix things and to follow up on repairs. Our kitchen sink was out of commission for two weeks because it took that long to have someone from maintenance come take a look at it. Laundry is shared among all tenants in the building. It is expensive per wash/per dry and the machines don't always work. If you're looking for a reasonable one year lease, this is the place for you.
