Great closet space and will fit a king bed and dressers. Large window that looks into the back yard. Hall closet that has plenty of storage space to accommodate many items. To get down to the entertainment bonus room is a staircase off the hallway. The entertainment room has a half bathroom. The room has a bar that was designed and built by the owner. A bar sink and cabinets. The room has easy access to the garage which will lead you out to the back yard. Washer and dryer are in the garage. There is parking for one car. The owner has his personal items on one side of the garage and that is not available to tenants and their guests. There is plenty of storage in the garage. This house also has air conditioning!
