I have had a billing problem that has continued for over 6 months now and no one seems to know how to fix it. I have contacted Radiance Living and they never return calls or emails.
I got my tires stolen TWICE!!!! They had NO cameras & when I asked for the surveillance from the gate, they kept delaying. I’ve called and the manager hangs up when it’s something they don’t want to deal with. They’ve had 3 new managers in the 6 months I stayed.
It takes them DAYS to respond to any maintenance request. I have to beg them every time to come and fix something before they get to it. There is a leak on my roof that they never addressed. The maintenance man just said “I’ll come back and paint over it” and failed to even do that. The trash is supposed to be Vallet and never gets picked up. There is never parking due to old cars just taking up space. I see a car robbery EVERY night occur. I’ve seen 4 apartment break-ins since I’ve moved in 2 years ago. This is not a luxury apartment. It’s mediocre at best. My bathtub is all peeled up because it looks like they just spray paint over the tub before someone moves in to make it look new. I had to deep clean my apartment before I moved in because the carpet and surface areas were filthy. The front desk staff are so unprofessional, they fail to inform you about things and blame it on you in the end. Please do not rent here. Take your money elsewhere.

I would recommend the apartment because of the luxury type experience.
Access to the amenities are limited so not really getting what I am paying for. Parking is limited due to the excess amount of inoperable vehicles taking up space. If the vehicles are not use they should be removed or moved to the back of the lot. As more people move in parking becomes limited.
This use to be a very nice apartment complex. Been here for a few years. When they switch management companies is got worse. The breaking into peoples cars was over the top high and they did nothing for the longest. The manager has a funky attitude and needs to work on her customer service rather she likes her job or not. The maintenance guys are the only Good thing about this apartment because they are nice actually fix things. But I most DEFINITELY look forward to leaving them.

This is a warm and friendly community. My unit is very comfortable. Spacious and clean.
I lived in the studio apartment I loved my apartment minus the big roaches; and I’m a clean person. They weren’t everywhere all the time but they were big and frequent enough for it to annoy me. You could even see them out side on sidewalks and walk ways. They make you pay for valet trash which is ugly, don’t invite guest over on trash days. The office staff are nice, they just fail to give you information and when you ask them they make it your fault. I was supposed to renew by a certain time and literally no one told me to keep my rate I had all my emails and no one said anything about it so I left because it was the second time this happened to me. Office also kept my deposit which I’m still in contact with them about.

The complex was very clean and quiet. The model that was shown tu us was beautiful.

I would recommend it because it's quite and there aren't a bunch of kids running around outside be unruly. If I didn't see the kids waiting for the bus, I wouldn't know they were on the property.
I've lived in the apartment community since 2017. I had a few issues that were taken care of right away. My neighbors are courteous and friendly. The office staff is new but are just as friendly, professional and accommodating as the last office staff.
I hate that the residents are forced to have valet trash. Valet trash is a joke and a rip off.
A GREAT apartment community, PLEASE get on the residents who dont follow rules,pentilize them in a way to keep from continuous PROBLEMS being made,and especially the dog owners who leave nasty messes that create roaches and nats!!!..
Good location right off the i45. But if the price was lower id love it that much more!??
It's a nice community and I believe that Pinnacle is going to take the community to a more prestigious level.
The staff is great from the office team to maintenance.
Stoneleigh is a quiet, clean community and you can tell the staff takes great pride in what they do.
Trash is often messy looking and makes the property embarrassing to have guests come over
My electricity bill is so high because our ac units don’t cool to the right temperature marked. I have to set it to 50 degrees Fahrenheit so it can cool to at least 65
The pool area is always closed because of residents not following the rules. I think residents should have to have some type of badge or resident card to use the pool to keep outside guest or other things from happening.
I would but, I feel it needs better update on appearance like painting doors and porch rails
I would recommend because the community is very safe. I’ve lived here for almost five years and I have peace of mind living here as a young woman. Also, the value of the apartments compared to others in the area is exceptional.
I really enjoyed my time at Stoneleigh Apartments. My husband and I lived there for over two years and enjoyed our time there. Adrian and Ebony are amazing and make sure you have everything you need and take care of things in a timely manner. I knew if I had any problem I could take it to them and they would make it happen and follow up with me. That is something I highly value about an apartment complex, their ability to communicate with me. Adrian and Ebony always made sure they got back with me. I also really like the located right off I45, super convenient. And a newly renovated target 5 mins away. Overall I would recommend Stoneleigh, they have onsite security and maintenance is quick to respond.
There has been a serious increase in crime over the last year or so. I have been here 4 years and this was not the case as there was always a security guard present on the property. Now it seems as if management or new owners do not care. At this point i would advise you to stay away from this area with the lack of concern they have shown for the safety of the residents. Many of the criminals come from Rock Creek Apartments which are right behind Stoneleigh, simple Security presence would deter alot of this crime.

Ive been living in Stoneleigh Apartments for about 8 months and I love this location because it is very calm and safe. When repairs have to be made they are very effective and quick. Gym is always open as scheduled. Pool has been the only recreated area that has been closed most of the year. This is a big issue for me and for some neighbors since we have to be checking daily if the pool is open so we can enjoy it in the evenings or on the weekends, and daily we have been disappointed that it has still not be opened. Everything else is great, but wen I moved to these apartments, I was really looking forward into using the pool, but the majority of the time it has been closed for the residents.

My daughter and I have lived in this community for over 3 years now. From the moment we walked into the office for the first time until now, we have always been treated with kindness and respect. Adrian and Ebony have been awesome. Anytime we have issues or hit a bump in the road, they are more than willing to work with us and help us in anyway they can. There door is always open. During Harvey we were updated constantly with important information and resources available. After the storm the office gave out food and water to the residents. The maintenance crew is always available and we have never had to wait to get any issues resolved. The property is always kept clean and safe. The renovations made to the pool area are very impressive and I am looking forward to hanging out there this summer. Overall, I can't say enough about this property and its staff. I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience here. I love these guys like family and they have always made us feel that way. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a new apartment home.

This was honestly the best apartment experience, and one I'll never forget. As soon as I walked in to look at the apartments I was sold, not only by Ebony (amazing office staff member). When we put in requests for maintenance they usually come by with in 2 days. Once I put in a request and they came in an hour. Quiet neighborhood and friendly guests. The kitchen layout is so spacious, I love it. During Hurricane Harvey everyone was helping each other out and staff kept us updated with emails and replying to answers within the hour. I'm really going to miss this place.

Had a great time here. Office staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and flexible, particularly Adrian and Daphne. Service requests were responded to in a fast, professional manner. This apartment complex has been going nowhere but up over the two years I was living here (the added 24/7 security measures were particularly appreciated when it comes to feeling safe if you live alone). Highly recommended!

I have been living in this apartment complex for the past 7 months and I think it is high time I review it. The workers at the leasing office are very friendly. More importantly, their level of professionalism is second-to-none. They attend to service orders in a cogent and timely manner and issues, whenever arise, are swiftly resolved. What I like most about this apartment complex is its safety. There has not been a single crime or break in that I am aware of since I moved in due to the fact that they have security personnel on site 24 hours. I have all but good things to say about this beautiful place.
Adrian was super nice and we told him about our 120 lbs dog, there is not a weight limit on dogs only a breed restriction. So our Mastiff is allowed. We told him we were looking around and he pointed us in a couple of other locations to look. If we hadn't found a house to rent we would be going back there. He even told us if we moved in he would help me with my English homework. LOL.
I moved into this apartment 7 years due to hurricane Ike. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with spacious kitchen. I like the layout of this apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood and people to know each other in this complex. Pet Friendly. Price reasonably. Great management. It a home.
