This is a great second floor 3 bedroom, fully furnished for student rental only. $3825 per semester/per room- all included! Or $850 per month/room . There is parking and all utilities are included. Available for 2023-2024 ASAP. Each room has a queen size bed and large closet space, black out curtains and all the furnishings you see are included .
