The town beach is nearby and plenty of sightseeing opportunities abound. This summer rental promises the perfect backdrop for making memories. After a fun-filled day, lounge in the sunroom or out on the back terrace. There is air-conditioning for the hot summer days and on chilly rainy days, you can turn on the electric fireplace to cozy up and read or watch TV and plan your next day’s adventure or just simply relax and enjoy the peaceful quiet surroundings. The beach association holds many weekend fun events over the summer in a great friendly community. The cottage is a lovely simple place to relax and recharge!! This is a perfect escape for a great seasonal rental. Asking rent $5,000 per month (including utilities, Wi-Fi, and landscaping – Owner is local).

The small town was originally home to the Collegiate School, which was later moved to New Haven and renamed.
