The second bedroom holds a full size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle bed underneath. The garage is used as a hang-out space with a sitting area. Take advantage of what Niantic has to offer with its restaurants, shops, fishing, and free weekly outdoor concerts. No Pets and No Smoking/vaping. If Rented for the full month the owner will allow move-in on 6/20 and move-out on 7/21, providing 5 full weekends at the beach!
