A private courtyard and electric vehicle charging, bicycle parking, and up to two reserved parking spaces. Rent includes Quantum Fiber internet from CenturyLink (up to 250mbps, with higher speed internet available for purchase) while tenants pay a flat rate for garbage pickup as well as W/S (separately metered) and electric. Located about 100 miles north of Seattle, Happy Valley is one of Bellingham’s most wooded neighborhoods.
