Endicott sits less than 10 miles west of Binghamton, home to the Ross Park Zoo and Binghamton University. Property Ratings at 500-504 W Main St
It seems like management doesn't have their ish together because I called simply asking for additional info, was told someone from the leasing office would get back to me in a few days, and weeks later never heard back. When people are looking to move SOON they can't wait weeks to hear back on basic answers that should be included in the apartment listing. The fact that landlords/leasing agencies think their apartments are golden nuggets that everyone is vying for is evident in the way they deal with potential tenants.
I am renting my apartment through Coolidge Properties. I absolutely adore my 1 bedroom studio apartment. It is just the right size. The landlord is so helpful and nice. I am so glad to be working with them. My neighbors are awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone.
I love my apartment a lot. It is my first time living on my own. I ended up getting a studio apartment. Coolidge Properties have awesome apartments. My apartment is conveniently located by a gas station and the bus stop. The neighbors are so nice. The landlord is easy to deal with and if you need something fixed it gets done immediately. I recommend my landlord to anyone.
