I am a graduate student at UIC looking for someone to take over my lease, which will end at June 2017 and is extendable after that. The apartment is a very cozy one-bedroom, located in Lake Meadows apartments on 33rd street and S King Dr. The apartment is located at a great spot for commute. The number 3 bus stop is right across the street taking you to down town Chicago and back. There is a divvy bike station on the corner of 33rd and King Dr for bike buffs. Red and Green line trains are in a 10/15 min walk from the place. There are plenty of parking spots which are shown in photos, they are specifically for Lake Meadows (free to residents) and there is a safety patrol driving around the parking and Lake Meadows campus 24/7. Not to mention you can always find free parking around the apartment buildings. There is a Jewel Osco (shown in photos) and Walgreens right across the building. LA Fitness, Dunkin Donuts, Chase bank, and plenty other stores are located at 5 min walk from the building. There is security in the building 24/7. There are lots of storage spaces in the basement. Laundry is also in the basement. Best thing about this place is that it's only 10 min walk to the 31st street beach and the trail. This apartment is full of sun and you'll have a very nice view of Lake Michigan. The apartment has a large balcony which makes the place full of joy. This apartment is on 15th floor. The rent is 1088$ and gas and water is included. Electricity is usually 25$. No deposit is needed. The apartment is ready from September 1st and (the date is flexible and we can negotiate) Pets policy: only cats are allowed (somehow I cannot update this part in the website! sorry for the confusion)
