The home cinema is perfect for movie nights with family and friends. The sleeping arrangements of this home are as follows: the primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer a queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 includes two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The primary bedroom boasts an en-suite full bathroom, and there is an additional full bathroom available for guests. Additional spaces include a movie theater/cinema room. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available, and high-speed wifi is provided. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. Landscaping is done once a week. Pest control service is monthly. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, with none inside. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
