The apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished. It is 5 stories off the ground in an apartment building with a 25-foot private balcony, central air, 65" LED Smart TV, high-speed internet, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, exposed brick walls, Japanese bamboo flooring, and absolutely ~gorgeous~ views. Very quiet, private and peaceful. The building is home to many professionals and young families just starting out. It also has two elevators, garbage chutes, and washers/dryers on every floor! Free off-street parking available, as well as an attached, climate-controlled parking garage with spaces available for lease (additional fee applies). This apartment is ideal for individuals or couples. I have lived here since November 2013 and I absolutely LOVE this place! Come find out why. About Me: Originally from New York, I'm a 20-something legal professional. I moved to Pittsburgh in 2013 and I work in downtown Pittsburgh. I'm cool, CLEAN, laid back, and respectful. I will be traveling abroad for the year, which is why I am subletting this space. I take pride in keeping it very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. PLEASE NOTE: This is a *temporary* sublet situation (12 months) beginning on April 1, 2018. I am available to show the apartment ASAP!
