There is a live-in superintendent who is a very handy and kind. Management is great and attentive. Also, you have an option for an indoor or outdoor parking spot ( pending availability) for fee. Indoor is $295 and outdoor is $275. Near by you have Knolls Crescent shopping center which includes, fresh fruit market, meat market, Chase bank, Rite-aid, dry cleaners and a pizza shop. Public transportation is ideal at this location as you have the following options; Bx10, Bx20, BxM1, BxM2, & BxM18. All of this pick up and drop off just steps away from the building.
