I unexpectedly need to relocate and must leave my amazing 2BR condo rental. The unit is available January 6th to sublet until August 1st. After the sublet you will be able to continue renting the place. This place is AMAZING and I really hate to have to leave. It is a spacious 2BR condo. The larger master bedroom has a spacious closet, bathroom, and small balcony. There is a smaller bedroom as well that can also be used as an office. The Living room gets plenty of light, has a working fireplace, and has a large balcony with views of the Flatirons. Kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The location is great, in the neighborhood to the southeast of the Baseline/Foothills Pkwy intersection. It is near a shopping center with Safeway, Walgreens, and multiple restaurants. And access to Foothills Pkwy is great for getting to 36 with ease. There is a carport for parking. NO Cats or Dogs allowed. Unit is privately owned and the landlords are very nice. Rent is $2000 per month plus utilities (electricity, gas, internet).
