Relax with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, a relaxing couch, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Hulu + Live TV channels. The first-floor condo has large double-hung windows that let in an abundance of light in all the rooms. Additionally, the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways, and two-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction. The spacious living room features a large, upholstered sofa, which pulls out into an additional bed, and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, a convection oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The screen porch area is perfect for sitting and drinking some morning coffee or tea. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If not registered, a $120 fee per dog will apply. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, an additional fee will be charged. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Our favorite full-service spots include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican), and Napa on Providence. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. There are eight residences in the building, all offering the privacy and seclusion of one of Charlotte's premier streets. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. Includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
