Property Ratings at 500 W. Fullerton Parkway
I posted this apartment on behalf of the owner, who currently lives in Paris (she has been an amazing landlord and is super sweet). It has been my home for the past two years and I honestly love this place and wish I didn't have to leave. Although the square footage seems small it is incredibly spacious - in the living area of this studio I have a queen bed, several large shelving units, a full size armoire, a desk and desk chair, bar chairs, a large faux fireplace with matching bookshelves, matching ottomans and a nightstand. The kitchen is out of this world - one of the previous owners was the pastry chef who owns La Fournette (off Clark St.), so it is truly a gourmet kitchen! The location couldn't be better. I have no complaints about this apartment, it is a diamond in the rough and the next tenant will be lucky to live in it!
This is the most perfect place to live. For my job, were I can walk to,shop, eat at a verity of place's and go drinking dancing and more. And living near the lake and the zoo even at the most you do not alway's need the bus or train. You can go running and more outdoor activy and there is a lot.If? you are into partying ang more there are plenty of way's to spend your time like me.
I have lived here for three years with no complaints the property management does a great job and are super friendly.
