We have a swimming pool, BBQ area, gym with state of the art modern equipment. The apartment itself features a great floor plan with designer interior finishes including new paint, stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher & stove), remote controlled, modern ceiling fans and central heating separately controlled in each room. The property has controlled access by way of intercom to your cell (You will never lose a package again!) and professional management. This means that you can pay your rent online (credit and debit cards accepted) and make maintenance requests online, too. We are a non-smoking, pet friendly property under new ownership.
