Great neighborhood for outdoor adventures, running, riding bikes, and evening strolls along the designated walking path. There is a brand-new park across the street with a playground. Large wrap-around front porch and a flat yard that's great for hosting. Off-street parking for two cars as well as street parking. High ceilings, new LVP floors, new roof, new dishwasher, new HVAC system, and walk-in closets (photos are older so they don't show all updates). Any furniture seen in the photos, will not be provided. However, these items will be provided: Rustic dinning room table from Sophie's, window curtains throughout the house, a kitchen island, and high-quality laundry units. The second bedroom is large enough for two double beds if needed. The master room includes a small sunroom that could be used as a nursery or office. We are kind landlords that will be easy to work with. No Smoking. We will consider pets. We will ask you to fill out our renters' application before touring the home - only serious inquiries. There will be a $50 background and credit report check for each tenant if you wish to move forward. 1 Month's rent for deposit. We are looking for a 12 month lease. Renters will pay all utilities. Quarterly pest control inlcuded. If pets are approved, there is an additional monthly pet fee.
