IT DOUBLES AS A MUD ROOM THAT LETS YOU HANG YOUR COAT, DROP THE GLOVES, PLACE THE CAR KEYS, AND PARK THE KIDS' BACKPACKS AND MUDDY SHOES. * W/D HOOK-UPS ARE AVAILABLE- TENANTS BRING THE WASHER & DRYER.
