The full first month's rent and security deposit are payable on or prior to the move-in date. Minimum 12-month lease with option to renew, tenant pays for electricity & gas utilities, must purchase and provide proof of renter's insurance annually, maximum of 2 occupants, no pets, no smoking, must follow all rules outlined on the signed lease agreement and Homeowner's Association.
