Excellent service, peaceful community, good location and good security. The location is in the center of all major groceries and stores. 10 minutes drive to the city center.

Grateful for the service staff -- they work hard! It isn't easy to maintain buildings from the 1970's, and while there is always more than can be done, my experience has been respectable. Other issues, such as a wholly needless monthly charge for pest control that doesn't do much of anything to control pests, should be removed from being a mandatory fee, which is one of many reasons the tenants have formed a union to demand various community improvements.

The move in was smooth, and besides kids being kids it's all in all quite and I have no issues. The only issue I have is the many hidden fees that goes into the rent monthly.

I am not happy with the rental increase.... the rent should stay the same as original lease... and the way people cars get broken into if anything the rent needs to be lowered... and they need discounts for preferred employees

Pretty nice. There were some screws and debris on the floor and a gooey substance on the door jams. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but the price is decent so it will do just fine.

Upon moving in, I had many issues. First, the toilet did not flush well if you flush anything that is not entirely liquid; I had to have maintenance over to work on my toilet at least 3x in the first month, and it still does not flush properly (through no fault of maintenance, but because the pipes here are bad). Second, my washer broke on the second day, it needed replaced and this took a week, leaving my laundry stuck inside the washer in water the entire time. Add on top of that the dryer barely works but I don’t want to deal with them again. Third, there has been a roach problem since I’ve moved in. I’ve had pest control come 4x and I have my own traps and it is still an issue. The leasing office acknowledged it could be due to neighboring units but has done nothing to rectify the issue. Fourth, no one at the leasing office ever answers the phone, calls back, or responds to emails. TL;DR do not rent from here. Too many issues, too many units for them to keep up with. Stay away!

It’s quiet and clean so far. Limited parking spots would be better if parking spots were assigned. Don’t like the way the over range microwave was put in could’ve been completed better. Leasing office staff seems to need a vacation from here maybe some classes on better customer service but overall I give 5 stars because my neighbors aren’t loud..

Absolutely love the space inside my unit, don’t like that everything is slowly breaking down/apart since I moved in. I have one ceiling fan that the chain to cut it on is outside of the globe. I can’t control the lights on the outside being on or off. The noise from my upstairs neighbors sound like they are in the same room with me. The floors have obvious holes but was told the building is settled.

I love it here but in my experience I get a range of responses from the office staff when I submit requests. Foremost, I would like to meet and talk to the actual current property manager (Emily), but every time I have gone to the office to do so I have been directed away from that request and I have not been allowed to meet with her. I appreciate the changes that have taken place over the last few years, such as more consistency (although often delayed) service requests, an upgraded pool (though I do not use it - I know it makes other people happy), and some sense of the idea that parking issues are being addressed. Also, I am glad that the trash problems near my units dumpsters has been somewhat less offensive over the last 6 months, though there are still very - very frequently large furniture items and occasional (weekly to bi-weekly) trash bag overflow onto the ground. I am very happy here overall, but you asked for my experience and a healthy 4 out of 5 is where I´m at and happy.

The unit is old and a bit damaged. Coil electric stove is disappointing. BUT, management has been responsive and more caring (so far) than other landlords. So, not perfect by any means, but so far, this place is above average for the rent.

Nice environment, Kid friendly, Bus route convenient. My children have fun at the park as well as the community pool. Only concern is dogs in areas are seen being walked without a leash.

My biggest issue with living in this community is Parking, incomplete maintenance orders , neighbors not picking up after their dogs . I was told that they were getting the parking issues under control upon signing my lease but everything seems to be the same since my move in date which was back in FEB.

Great apartment, spacious and clean. But some plumbing works needed most of the items are old or need repairs. My sink spils water the whole kitchen and dining area untill it got fixed yet, dropping water from the nozzle However generally is is ok.

It’s cool I love the quietness Parking need to be bigger is my only complaint. Park is cool Pool is definitely cool The office staff get back quick

Place is kept clean and the staff is the office are pleasant and friendly. The landscape is always trimmed and workers come every week to keep it that way.

It’s a nice place, my family love here, I don’t have problem to find a parking space!! And is safe for my children. They have a big and nice pool and BBQ areas!

So far so good, been here for almost a month and it’s been calm and peaceful. Haven’t had any issues but just one but maintenance is always on the roll with getting the job done as quick as possible.

I'm enjoying living here, except the parking lot could be a little bigger or have slightly bigger parking spots. I find it very hard to park and get out without fear of hitting someone's car.

well priced, spacious apartment. Very thin floors can hear every single thing going on in unit below. Generally responsive service desk. Residents can be a bit wild.

Living here hasn't been the best, I thank God for having a roof over my head. There are always new rules and changes but somehow they are never followed through. Parking stinks and most people don't have parking passes and/ or have more than 2 cars that don't allow other tenants to have access to their home. I would not recommend anyone to move here unless changes are seriously made.

My experience living here has been good and relaxing, neighbors all seem friendly, neighborhood is quiet, and staff is pretty cool as well just wish we had a gym to work out in.

501 is close to everything; trails, parks, stores, restaurants and schools. Great location and spacious townhomes. I do wish the playground could be updated and better kept. Overall, I’m satisfied.

I love 501 Towns, it really feels like a great place, close to everything and a lot of room on the inside, and let’s not forget the really wonderful neighbors. Great neighborhood feeling! Lots of changes with management is what the staff tells me, and that they have had difficulties. 10 days without AC, the average inside temp is now 80-85 and the summer heat hasn’t even hit us yet. Multiple times I called the office and left 3 voicemails - no one has responded. I emailed the management, maintenance, and property manager - no one has responded. I have submitted two service requests online, the check box says they are in progress, days and days and days later - nothing. I went to the office, talked to someone, they told me that there would definitely be someone coming to help within the hour - then it was later that day - and then nothing. I’m not sure what is going on, but I would just love it if I could tell people that things are great at 501 Towns, but that is not the case. What am I supposed to do now? Management, please refrain from patronizing responses, it’s already been challenging enough and I have absolutely exhausted all conventional means of communication so at this point doing something about the problem is up to you.

Literally the worst management ever! Submit multiple maintenance requests only to have them do nothing about it. Office staff is incredibly rude...and not to mention the riff raff that goes on all the time is obnoxious. Oh, and can’t forget the roaches! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
