The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals. The large living room features a 65” Smart TV, and the fenced-in backyard is located by the creek and beautiful pool area. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, while still making you feel right at home. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. Though the area is private and peaceful, it’s ideally located for convenience. Shopping centers, grocery stores, schools, and healthcare facilities are just a short drive away. Garland offers a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, allowing you to enjoy a night out or run errands while coming home to a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. This neighborhood strikes the perfect balance between a calm retreat and easy access to everything you need. Nearby attractions include Lake Ray Hubbard, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, White Rock Lake Park, and more. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7 for security purposes. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The home features a garden area, and despite monthly pest control measures, you might encounter wildlife in the yard and occasionally outdoor insects indoors. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
