The Gulf Access home boasts a little over 1,500 sq. ft. and is perfect for families to enjoy their vacation. Living Room: The living is located off of the entryway and offers plenty of comfortable seating around a large flat-screen TV. There are two recliners available. There is a spacious air conditioned Florida Room available off the back of the house that offers additional seating and a beautiful view of the pool and water through double sliding doors. Dining Room: Located off of the kitchen and with a view of the Florida room and pool area through sliders,there is room for four guests. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar behind in the kitchen. There is also a booster seat available for the little ones. Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen offers a breakfast bar with plenty of room for a quick bite to eat. Stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker are available. With the open floor plan,you can cook meals and still be a part of the action! Master Suite: The primary bedroom is located off of the kitchen near the front foyer and offers a King-sized bed,flat-screen TV and plenty of storage in the armoire and dresser available. Sliders give access to the Florida Room and pool area. The attached bathroom features dual sinks,granite counters and a spacious fully tiled glass-enclosed shower. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. One features two Twin-sized beds and the other a Queen-sized bed. Each offer flat-screen TVs. The Queen-sized bedroom also has its own sliders to provide private access to the Florida room and pool. The guest bathroom is shared by both rooms and offers granite counters and a shower/tube combination. A pack & play is available if you have young children! Pool/Lanai/Dock: The oversized lanai features picture-window screens to give an unobstructed view of the beautiful Gulf Access canal. The electric-heated pool has coveted Western exposure so you can you work on your tan and see the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer. There is plenty of seating available for whatever your plans are for the day,and the spa is available for relaxing in the evening. There is an additional seating area in the pool with bar-top table so you can enjoy your drinks while keeping cool! Walk down to the dock and try your hand at some fishing in the Gulf Access canal! Rent a boat or bring yours with you and dock it at the dock. The boat lift is not available for tenants. All in all,Villa Adriano is a perfect getaway for your next family trip. Don't wait!
